Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, green chilies, fresh coriander, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well to form a uniform mixture.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a round or oval kabab.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Shallow fry the kababs until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Slice the burger buns horizontally and toast them lightly.
  5. Place a kabab inside each bun and add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, and sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your Aloo Bun Kabab!
