  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

For the Sandwich:

  • 4 slices artisan bread
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Artichoke Filling:
    • In a bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich:

  3. Grill the Sandwich:
