- 1 box of your favorite cake mix
- 1 cup frosting (flavor of your choice)
- 1 package candy melts (assorted colors)
- Cake pop sticks
- Sprinkles or decorations (optional)
- Bake the cake according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in the frosting until a dough-like consistency forms.
- Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray.
- Melt the candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip the tip of each cake pop stick into the melted candy and insert into the cake balls.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, allowing excess to drip off.
- Decorate with sprinkles or decorations while the candy coating is still wet.
- Allow the cake pops to set on a parchment-lined tray.
- Once set, serve and enjoy!
