Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and ricotta cheese.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the Alfredo mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
  7. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by half of the Alfredo mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of Alfredo mixture on top.
  9. Sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top for a cheesy finish.
  10. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  11. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
