Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken Tenderloins

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken tenderloins in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Reserve the other half for later.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken tenderloins for about 4-5 minutes per side, basting with the reserved marinade.
  6. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and has a nice glaze from the marinade.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
