  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate candies (M&M’s or similar)

Instructions

  1. Pop the popping corn according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt to the melted butter, stirring constantly until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. In a large mixing bowl, pour the caramel sauce over the popped corn and gently toss until evenly coated.
  7. Spread the caramel-coated popcorn onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
