Cranberry Pecan Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup additional pecans, finely chopped (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dried cranberries, pecans, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. After chilling, roll the cheese ball in the additional finely chopped pecans until fully coated.
  4. Place the coated cheese ball on a serving platter and let it come to room temperature before serving.
  5. Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.

Notes
