  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package (10 inches) flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Slice the chilled rolls into 1/2-inch pinwheels.
