- 4 cups red seedless grapes, halved
- 4 cups green seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the red and green grapes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the grapes and gently toss until the grapes are evenly coated.
- In a small pan over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans with brown sugar until they become fragrant and caramelized. Stir constantly to avoid burning.
- Allow the pecans to cool, then sprinkle them over the grape mixture.
- Refrigerate the grape salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
