Add ground pork and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add sliced onion, bell pepper, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, Sriracha, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the pork and vegetables, stirring to combine.
Continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the ingredients.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve the spicy pork stir-fry over cooked rice.
