- 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup sparkling water
- In a blender, combine watermelon, cucumber, mint, lime juice, and agave syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into glasses and top with sparkling water.
- Garnish with mint leaves or lime slices if desired.
