Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, red onion, garlic, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix in the beaten egg until all ingredients are well combined.
