  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until it becomes crispy.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. If using, add red pepper flakes for some heat.
  4. Add the chopped mustard greens to the skillet. Cook and stir until the greens are wilted and tender.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
