  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeños
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Sour cream and salsa, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the Ground Beef:
    Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay the tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute the cooked beef across the center of each tortilla.
  • Add Toppings:
    Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef. Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and pickled jalapeños.
  • Roll the Wraps:
    Fold in the sides of the tortillas, then roll them tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling.
  • Serve:
    Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately with sour cream and salsa on the side, if desired.
