Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
  8. Top the chia pudding with mixed berries before serving.
