  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 naan buns
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mint chutney
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for grilling

Instructions

    1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori spice blend, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.
    2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
    3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
    4. Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers or place them directly on the grill. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
    5. While chicken is grilling, lightly toast the naan buns on the grill or in a toaster.
    6. Assemble the Tandoori Chicken Naan Buns by placing grilled chicken on the toasted naan buns.
    7. Top with sliced red onions, cilantro, and a dollop of mint chutney.
    8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
