  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen corn, frozen peas, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook until cheese is melted.
  5. Transfer the beef mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Arrange frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture, covering it evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
