Ingredients:

– 1 lb boneless chicken, diced – 1 cup plain yogurt – 2 tbsp tikka masala spice blend – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tbsp ginger, grated – Salt to taste – 2 cups heavy cream – 1 cup whole milk – 1 cup sugar – 1 tsp vanilla extract

Step 1:

1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, tikka masala, garlic, ginger, and salt. Grill until cooked. 2. In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Step 2:

3. Blend grilled chicken into the cooled cream mixture. Add vanilla extract. 4. Pour into ice cream maker and churn as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 3:

5. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
