Ingredients :

– 1 pound (450g) ground pork – 1/2 pound (225g) ground beef – 1 cup (150g) onion, finely chopped – 1 cup (100g) celery, finely chopped – 1 cup (150g) mushrooms, finely chopped – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped – 1 teaspoon dried thyme – 1 teaspoon dried rosemary – Salt and black pepper to taste – 1 cup (150g) breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup (120ml) chicken or vegetable broth – 2 large eggs, beaten

Step 1 :

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté  chopped onions, celery, mushrooms, and minced garlic until softened. Set aside to cool.

Step 2:

3. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, cooked vegetables, chopped parsley, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. 4. Mix in the breadcrumbs until well combined.

Step 3:

5. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and beaten eggs. Mix until the stuffing has a moist but cohesive consistency. 6. Transfer the meat stuffing mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Step 4:

7. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 45-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). 8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Use as a stuffing for poultry, as a side dish, or in any recipe that calls for a savory meat stuffing.
