Ingredients : 

– 1 black tea bag – 1 cup boiling water – 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup – 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste) – Ice cubes – Fresh mint leaves for garnish – Slices of lemon and orange for garnish

Step 1:

1. Place the black tea bag in a cup and pour boiling water over it. Steep for 3-5 minutes. 2. Remove the tea bag and let the brewed tea cool to room temperature.

Step 2:

3. In a separate bowl, mix apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey (or agave syrup), ground turmeric, and cayenne pepper. 4. Add the prepared mixture to the cooled tea and stir well.

5. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the loaded tea over the ice. 6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and slices of lemon and orange.
