Ingredients :

– 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/4 cup sugar – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted – 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened – 1 cup sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs – 1/4 cup sugar – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted4 large eggs – 1 cup sour cream – 2 tablespoons sugar – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1:

1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan. 2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, vanilla, and eggs one at a time. Pour over crust. 3. Bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes until set.

Step 2:

1. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over baked cheesecake. 2. Return to the oven for 10 more minutes.

Step 3:

1. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 2. Remove from springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
