Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 packs frozen unsweetened acai berry puree
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • Toppings: granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Run the frozen acai berry packs under warm water for a few seconds to slightly thaw.
  2. Break the acai berry packs into chunks and place them in a blender.
  3. Add the frozen mixed berries, sliced banana, almond milk, and honey (if using) to the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  5. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  6. Top with granola, sliced banana, coconut flakes, chia seeds, and fresh berries.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
