Knorr Spinach Dip

  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package (1.4 oz) Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix.
  2. Add thawed and drained spinach, chopped water chestnuts, green onions, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, stir the spinach dip and transfer it to a serving bowl.
  5. Serve with your favorite chips, crackers, or vegetable dippers.
